(a) A chief instructor shall be a certified hunter education instructor and shall be responsible for all aspects of scheduling, organizing, facilitating and coordinating team members in conducting classes and requesting materials.

(b) Chief instructors shall be appointed by the hunter education coordinator of the fish and game department.

(c) Chief instructors shall be selected based on knowledge of subjects taught in the hunter education program, educational background, teaching experience with the hunter education program and leadership qualities.
