(a) There shall be no fee for the special annual license to trap, pursuant to RSA 214:7-a, I, for those residents over age 68. This license shall be issued only at Fish and Game Headquarters or by mail.

(b) There shall be a $5 annual fee, in addition to the applicable habitat fees, agent fee, and transaction fee, for the special annual combination license to hunt and fish in freshwaters, pursuant to RSA 214:7-a, I, for those residents over age 68.

(c) There shall be a $5 annual fee, in addition to the applicable habitat fee, agent fee, and transaction fee, for the special annual license to fish in freshwaters, pursuant to RSA 214:7-a, I, for those residents over age 68.

(d) There shall be a $2 annual fee, in addition to the applicable habitat fee, agent fee, and transaction fee, for each of the following special annual licenses, pursuant to RSA 214:7-a, I, for those residents over age 68:

(1) Archery; and

(2) Muzzleloader.
