Section Fis 1107.01 - Multi-license Form - Electronic Issuance

(a) The multi-form license described in Fis 1101.01 may be issued electronically by accessing the department online license website at https://www.nhfishandgame.com/.
(b) An applicant shall provide, in addition to the information required by RSA 214:8 and Fis 1101.01, the following:
(1) An email address;
and
(2) Credit card information to
include:
a. Card type;
b. Card number;
c. Expiration date; and
d. A confirmation of the card holder
information.
(c) License confirmation and an internet link to the PDF file for license printing shall be sent to the email address.
