(a) Individuals seeking to purchase or renew a voluntary hike safe card, as provided in RSA 206:26-bb, I, shall submit the following information to the department through the department's internet site at https://www.nhfishandgame.com/Instruction.aspx?m=hs:

(1) Purchaser's complete name and email address;

(2) Hike safe cardholder's name, street address, and date of birth;

(3) Purchaser's credit card information to include the card type, card number, expiration date, CVV2 code, and a confirmation of the card holder's information;

(4) Whether the purchaser is purchasing an individual card or a family card; and

(5) For family cards, the complete name and date of birth for each family member.

(b) For purposes of purchasing a family card, families shall include the hike safe cardholder, his or her spouse, and his or her minor children and minor stepchildren as of the date of purchase.

(c) Voluntary hike safe cards shall not be held by companies or other organizations.

(d) The voluntary hike safe card shall be issued electronically by the department and a confirmation of purchase shall be sent to the email address provided by the purchaser.

(e) The fee for a hike safe card, including a transaction fee, shall be $25 for an individual or $35 for a family per calendar year.
