(a) A resident applicant for a license to sell venison on a wholesale basis shall complete and submit an "Application for Wholesale Venison License" form, Rev 10/2018, available at wholesale-venison.pdf (nh.gov) to the department, together with the fee as determined in accordance with Fis 1110.08.

(b) The applicant shall also provide:

(1) If a person, a copy of his or her current state issued motor vehicle driver license or state issued non-driver photo identification card which shall be used to determine if the applicant qualifies for status as a resident of New Hampshire pursuant to RSA 214:11-a; or

(2) If not a person, a copy of a billing or tax document showing the applicant's actual physical location in New Hampshire where business is conducted.

(c) This license shall be available only in person, by mail from the department at 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, N.H. 03301, or downloaded from the department's website. If submitted to department headquarters by mail, the applicant shall also enclose a business sized, stamped, self-addressed envelope to allow return of the license document by mail.
