Section Fis 1101.09 - Apprentice Hunting License

(a) An applicant for any of the following resident apprentice hunting license types shall complete and submit the "Application for Apprentice Hunting License" form, Rev 01/23, available at apprentice-hunting-app.pdf (nh.gov), in accordance with Table 1100.5 below, together with the required fee as determined in accordance with Fis 1110.01:

(b) An applicant for any of the following nonresident apprentice hunting license types shall complete and submit the "Application for Apprentice Hunting License" form, Rev 01/23, available at apprentice-hunting-app.pdf (nh.gov), in accordance with Table 1100.6 below, together with the required fee determined in accordance with Fis 1110.02:

(c) Every applicant shall also provide a copy of his or her current state issued motor vehicle driver license or state issued non-driver photo identification card which shall be used to determine if the applicant qualifies for status as a resident of New Hampshire pursuant to RSA 214:11-a.
(d) On the form required by (a) and (b) above, the applicant shall make the following affirmation:
(e) On the form required by (a) and (b) above, the applicant may elect to make a voluntary contribution to the nongame program of the department or the wildlife legacy fund of the department.
(f) An applicant for any license type under (a) and (b) above shall only acquire the license in person or by mail from the department at 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, N.H. 03301. If submitted to the department by mail, the applicant shall also enclose a business sized, stamped, self-addressed envelope to allow return of the license document by mail.
