Section Fire 901.01 - Training Program Admittance Requirements

The commission shall require persons who are not members of New Hampshire fire departments, state agencies, or units of government, to have a background check to include, at a minimum, the existence of a criminal history record in New Hampshire. Any person whose background would disqualify him or her from attaining certification under Fire 501.03 shall be denied admittance to commission sponsored programs.
