Section Fire 801.01 - Students Caught Cheating

Any student caught cheating on any examination shall have his or her test and training leading to certification eligibility invalidated and shall forfeit the right to achieve certification. The student shall be dismissed and not allowed to complete any other phase of the procedure. The student's fire department shall be notified of the incident. This provision is in addition to any other discipline available under Fire 500.
