(a) A notice of a hearing issued by the committee shall contain the information required by RSA 541-A:31, III, namely:
(1) A statement of the time, place, and
nature of any hearing;
(2) A
statement of the legal authority under which a hearing is to be held;
(3) A reference to the particular laws or
rules involved, including this chapter;
(4) A short and plain statement of the issues
presented, which shall be the formal charges required pursuant to
RSA 21-G:31,
II(c); and
(5) A statement that each party has the right
to have an attorney represent them at their own expense.
(b) Upon request the committee, shall, when possible, furnish a more detailed statement of the issues within a reasonable time, not to exceed 45 days.
