Section Env-Wt 603.06 - Project Design Narrative Required

The applicant shall provide a project design narrative that includes the following:
(a) A discussion of how the proposed project:
(1)
Uses best management practices and standard conditions in Env-Wt 307;
(2) Meets all avoidance and
minimization requirements in Env-Wt 311.07 and Env-Wt 313.03;
(3) Meets approval criteria in Env-Wt
313.01;
(4) Meets evaluation
criteria in Env-Wt 313.01(c);
(5)
Meets CFA requirements in Env-Wt 603.04; and
(6) Considers sea-level rise and potential
flooding evaluated pursuant to Env-Wt 603.05;
(b) A construction sequence, erosion/siltation control methods to be used, and a dewatering plan; and
(c) A discussion of how the completed project will be maintained and managed.
