As provided in RSA 482-A:3, XI(b):
(a) An application for a SMMD permit shall be filed directly with the department; and
(b) The application shall not be subject to:
(1) The requirements of
RSA
482-A:3, I relative to
notice and fees; or
(2) The
requirements of
RSA 482-A:11,
III relative to conservation commission
intervention review.
