Chapter Env-Wt 200 - HEARINGS, APPEALS, AND WAIVER REQUESTS
REVISION NOTE #1:
Pursuant to a rules reorganization plan approved by the Director of the Office of Legislative Services on September 7, 2005, Department rules in Chapter Wt 200 filed under Document #8341, effective 4-25-05, were editorially renumbered subsequently with subtitle Env-Wt denoting the wetlands program area. The title Wt was discontinued.
REVISION NOTE #2:
Document #12802, effective 12-15-19, readopted or readopted with amendment all of the rules in Chapter Env-Wt 200, and changed the chapter heading from "Rules of Practice and Procedure" to "Hearings, Appeals, and Waiver Requests."Env-Wt 202.02, Env-Wt 203.01, Env-Wt 203.04, and Env-Wt 203.05 were new rules, which necessitated renumbering in Part Env-Wt 202 and Env-Wt 203 as indicated in the source notes.
As practice and procedure rules the rules in Chapter Env-Wt 200 will not expire except pursuant to RSA 541-A:17, II.
