(a) At least once every 5 years, the water system owner shall cause the inside of each water storage tank used by the system to be inspected and evaluated for structural strength, corrosion, and other factors related to water quality.

(b) Metal surfaces shall be painted or otherwise protected as determined by the system owner, using materials approved in accordance with Env-Ws 305.
