Universal Citation: NH Admin Rules Env-Ws 342.08

Within 30 days after the conclusion of the public hearing held pursuant to Env-Ws 342.07, the department shall, after taking into consideration information obtained during the hearing and other relevant information:

(a) Issue the variance and schedule as proposed;

(b) Issue a revised variance and schedule; or
