(a) Each water system owner shall maintain records for all requirements of Env-Ws 300, including tests, measurements, and analyses performed on each public water system to determine compliance with applicable provisions of the NHdrinking water rules, for review by all customers.
(b) The system owner shall provide copies of this information upon request to customers and state and local officials, and may charge customers a reasonable fee for such copies.
