(a) The files of the department relating to activities under RSA 485 that are not exempt from disclosure under RSA 91-A shall be open to public inspection upon reasonable public request during normal working hours.
(b) Information which is available for public inspectionmay be copied. For photocopies made by the applicant, the fee shall be per sheet at the coin-operated copier. A fee of $0.25 per page shall be assessed for photocopies prepared by department personnel.
