If a bioretention system with an internal storage reservoir is used, the system shall be designed in accordance with the "UNHSC Standard Detail, Bioretention ISR Stormwater System", February 2020, available as noted in Appendix B, with the additional requirement that if a forebay is used for pretreatment of stormwater, it shall be designed to completely drain within 72 hours.
