"cHECK-RAS" means the program developed by FEMA to verify the validity of an assortment of parameters found in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) HEC-RAS hydraulic modeling program, which can be downloaded for free at https://www.fema.gov/check-ras-hec-ras-validation-tool [File Link Not Available].
