(a) The distance between the liquid line and the interior surface of the top of the tank shall be equal to approximately 20% of the liquid depth.
(b) The interior of the septic tank shall provide:
(1) A total liquid surface area of
not less than 25 ft2; and
(2) A total length of not less than 6 feet
between the inlet and the outlet of the septic tank.
