"Site evaluation" means evaluating soil and site conditions for the purpose of locating areas suitable for individual sewage disposal systems as well as building and well locations for septic system design and subdivision applications pursuant to RSA 485-A, including but not limited to:

(a) The determination of wetland boundaries;

(b) The determination of surface waters;

(c) Test pit evaluation; and

(d) Soils analysis for the purpose of wastewater treatment system design.
