Section Env-Hw 807.02 - Specification Used Oil

Used oil shall be classified as specification used oil if the oil:
(a) Has not been mixed with hazardous waste; and
(b) Meets all of the standards in Table 8.1 below and does not otherwise exhibit any hazardous waste characteristics specified in Env-Hw 403:
