Section Env-A 1810.09 - Application Fees

(a) A non-refundable application fee in the form of cash, company check, certified check, or money order shall accompany each license or certification application. A company check, certified check, or money order shall be made payable to "Treasurer, State of New Hampshire".
(b) The fees for each category of license and certification application shall be as follows:
(1) For an asbestos abatement entity, an
initial licensing fee of $1,000 and an annual renewal fee of $750;
(2) For an asbestos abatement site
supervisor, an initial certification fee of $200 and an annual renewal fee of
$200;
(3) For an asbestos abatement
worker, an initial certification fee of $50 and an annual renewal fee of
$50;
(4) For an asbestos inspector,
an initial certification fee of $200 and an annual renewal fee of
$200;
(5) For an asbestos
management planner, an initial certification fee of $200 and an annual renewal
fee of $200 for each annual certification renewal;
(6) For an asbestos project designer, an
initial certification fee of $200 and an annual renewal fee of $200;
(7) For initial combination certifications,
an initial certification fee of $200 for the first certification and $50 for
each additional certification;
(8)
For annual renewals of identical combination certifications, $200 for the first
certification and $50 for each additional certification; and
(9) For replacement of a lost or stolen
certificate, a fee of $20.
