Pursuant to RSA 310-A:21, licenses shall be renewed by written application prior to the expiration date and by payment of the prescribed renewal fee. The board shall notify each engineer one month prior to expiration of his license. If properly renewed, a license shall remain in effect continuously from the date of issuance, unless suspended or revoked by the board. If an engineer is 70 years or older and has held an engineering license continuously for the 10-year period immediately proceeding the renewal, he shall be renewed with no fee required.
