(a) In order to reinstate a revoked license, a master or journeyman electrician shall, after the license has been revoked for 5 years, reapply and pass an examination for an initial license.

(b) In order to reinstate a revoked license, a high/medium voltage electrician shall, after the license has been revoked for 5 years, reapply with proof of current certification by a state, federal, private, or employer certification program approved by the board pursuant to Elec 306.
