(a) A master or journeyman electrician shall be placed on inactive status upon receipt of:
(1) A written request; and
(2) Proof of service in the Armed Forces of
the United States.
(b) A master or journeyman electrician shall be returned to active status upon receipt of:
(1) Payment of the renewal fee
described in Plc 1002.13;
(2) Proof
of completion of the current continuing education requirements; and
(3) Proof that the licensee has not been
discharged from service in the Armed Forces of the United States for more than
one year.
