"Third party electrical inspector" means an approved individual who performs electrical inspections on new, newly modified, existing, or temporary electrical installations to certify compliance with the most currently adopted edition of NFPA 70, the National Electrical Code (NEC), in New Hampshire along with any adopted local ordinances.
