Section Dec 203.01 - Place of Hearings

Except as provided in RSA 162-F:21, IV and RSA 162-F:22, V, which requires public hearings to be held in the city or town where the nuclear electric generating facility is located, all hearings before the committee shall be held in the hearing rooms at the offices of the public utilities

commission, located at 21 South Fruit Street, Concord, New Hampshire, or at another location in Concord, New Hampshire.
