(a) The examination fee specified by Ch 306.01:
(1) Shall be paid by the applicant before the
applicant takes the jurisprudence examination for the first time; and
(2) Shall entitle any applicant failing the
jurisprudence examination to one re-administration of the
examination.
(b) The board shall notify the applicant in writing of the results of the jurisprudence examination within 30 days of the date of the jurisprudence examination or of any re-administration of the examination.
