The board shall, pursuant to RSA 162-A:4, consist of 14 directors. The directors shall be responsible for the operation of the authority. The governor and council appoint 9 directors. The speaker of the house of representatives appoints 2, nonvoting, directors. The president of the senate appoints 2, nonvoting, directors. The state treasurer is appointed as a nonvoting, ex-officio director.
