The authority provides the financial vehicle to encourage economic growth in New Hampshire. Loans, and loan guarantees are available to eligible businesses and industries located within the state. Such programs are vehicles to enhance credit. Such credit enhancement programs are geared towards correcting market failures. Moreover, the authority provides the financial vehicle for issuing bonds.
