REVISION NOTE:
Document #12946, effective 12-20-19, repealed all of the former rules in Chapter Ath 200 and adopted a new rule Ath 201 titled "Applicability of Ahp 200" containing Ath 201.01 titled "Practice and Procedures."
Document #12946 replaced all prior filings for the former Chapter Ath 200. The prior filings affecting the former Chapter Ath 200 included the following documents:
