Section Arb 206.02 - Board Action Upon Petition for Declaratory Ruling

(a) Within 30 days of the filing of the petition for declaratory ruling, the board shall notify the petitioner, in writing, whether the petition is granted or rejected.

(b) If the petition is granted, the board shall issue a declaratory ruling in accordance with the requirements of RSA 541-A:16, II(b).

(c) The board shall reject the petition if it is inadequate or beyond the scope of the board's authority set forth in RSA 357-D.
