Section Arb 205.02 - Board Action Upon Petition for Rulemaking

(a) Within 30 days of the filing of the petition for rulemaking, the board shall notify the petitioner, in writing, whether the petition is granted or denied.

(b) If the petition is granted, the board shall commence a rulemaking proceeding in accordance with the requirements of RSA 541-A:4.

(c) If the petition is denied, the board shall notify the petitioner, in writing, of the reason(s) for the denial.

(d) The denial of a petition for rulemaking shall not entitle the petitioner to a hearing.
