Section Agr 503.15 - Information About Farm Land and Real Estate

The information submitted about farm land and real estate offered for sale shall be on a completed department-issued form:
(a) Bearing the notarized signature of the property owner; and
(b) Including the following:
(1) A description of the
property to be advertised; and
(2)
A statement of certification that:
a. The
signer is not a real estate agent or real estate broker; and
b. The signer is the present legal owner of
the property described.
