(a) When outside and not in the physical control of the owner, wolf hybrids shall be confined by a chain link fence a minimum of 8 feet in height and anchored at the base to prevent escape underneath. The gate or door shall be secured with a padlock so as to prevent escape of the wolf hybrids or entrance of children.

(b) The confinement area shall be constructed to drain excess precipitation quickly.

(c) The confinement area shall be cleaned daily of excrement and any foreign material.
