Section Agr 1408.09 - Liquefied Petroleum Gas Labeling

(a) Liquefied petroleum gas offered for retail sale and sold at retail as a motor vehicle fuel shall be:
(1) Be labeled as liquefied
petroleum gas;
(2) Sold in gallons;
and
(3) Comply with the standard
specifications of liquefied petroleum gas in NIST handbook 130, Uniform Laws
and Regulation, Section III, G, Uniform Engine Fuels, Petroleum Products, and
Automotive Lubricants Regulation as required by
RSA
438:20.
(b) Liquefied petroleum gas dispensers shall:
(1) Meet the requirements in NIST Handbook 44
as required by
RSA 438:8;
and
(2) Be labeled according to
NIST Handbook 130, Uniform Laws and Regulations, Section III, G, Uniform Engine
Fuels, Petroleum Products, and Automotive Lubricants Regulation as required by
RSA
438:20.
