(a) Licenses that have expired shall not be renewed.
(b) Individuals whose licenses have expired and who wish to be licensed again shall:
(1)
Comply with the initial licensing application requirements specified in
Agr
1402.04; and
(2) Retake the written public weighmaster
examination.
