Section Agr 1402.08 - Renewal of Public Weighmaster Licenses

(a) Applications for renewal of public weighmaster licenses shall be submitted no later than 10 days prior to the expiration of the licenses being renewed.
(b) Public weighmasters applying for renewal of their licenses shall:
(1) Follow the
application procedures in (c) below; and
(2) Submit payment of the renewal fee to the
division.
(c) The application procedures shall require applicants for renewal to:
(1) Review the "Renewal Application -
Weighmaster License Rev. 01/05" form as it is provided by the
division;
(2) Correct any
preprinted information which is incorrect; and
(3) Submit the form to the division after
signing and dating the form in the space provided beneath the same preprinted
statement as the preprinted statement described in
Agr
1402.05(d).
