Service contracts for general agency use within the meaning of RSA 21-I: 11, II (f), such as statewide hazardous waste removal and disposal contracts, and contracts for statewide maintenance and service, such as contracts for elevators, heating systems, air conditioning systems, shall be requisitioned utilizing the form specified in, and according to the procedures set forth in, Adm 607.
