Section 88A.310 - "Alternative due date" defined

"Alternative due date" means the date selected by a business trust or foreign business trust, as applicable, pursuant to NAC 88A.330 on which the applicable list required by subsection 1 of NRS 88A.600 or subsection 1 of NRS 88A.732 must be filed with the Secretary of State each year.
