Section 87A.310 - "Alternative due date" defined

"Alternative due date" means the date selected by a limited partnership or foreign limited partnership, as applicable, pursuant to NAC 87A.330 on which the applicable list required by subsection 1 of NRS 87A.290 or subsection 1 of NRS 87A.560 must be filed with the Secretary of State each year.
