Section 86.310 - "Alternative due date" defined

"Alternative due date" means the date selected by a limited-liability company or foreign limited-liability company, as applicable, pursuant to NAC 86.330 on which the applicable list required by subsection 1 of NRS 86.263 or subsection 1 of NRS 86.5461 must be filed with the Secretary of State each year.
