Section 706B.930 - Contents, service and filing of complaint to initiate administrative proceeding; answer to complaint

1. The staff of the Authority may initiate an administrative proceeding by:
(a) Serving a copy of a complaint upon the
respondent by personal delivery or by mailing by certified mail, return receipt
requested, to the last known address of the business or residence of the
respondent; and
(b) Filing the
complaint with the Authority.
2. The complaint must be signed by a member of the staff of the Authority and contain:
(a)
The name of the respondent;
(b) A
concise statement of the facts upon which the imposition of a fine is allegedly
grounded; and
(c) Any other matter
required by law.
3. The respondent may file with the Authority an answer to the complaint not later than 15 days after it is served.
