PERMITS
Section 706B.310 - Issuance of permit; notation on permit of limitation on number of vehicles authorized for use

1. The Authority shall issue a permit to operate an autonomous vehicle network company pursuant to section 14.55 of Assembly Bill No. 69, chapter 608, Statutes of Nevada 2017, at page 4473 (NRS 706B.130 ), only if the application for the permit is accompanied by the fee required by subsection 6 or 7, as applicable, of section 28 of this regulation.

2. A permit issued pursuant to section 14.55 of Assembly Bill No. 69, chapter 608, Statutes of Nevada 2017, at page 4473 (NRS 706B.130 ), must include a notation of the limitation, if any, on the number of fully autonomous vehicles which may be utilized by the permit holder based on the application fee paid pursuant to subsection 6 of section 28 of this regulation.
