1. Unless otherwise authorized by the Authority, each applicant for a permit or for the transfer of a permit whose application has been granted must commence operations within 30 days after the date on which the permit was issued or transferred or the applicant forfeits the rights granted.
2. A transportation network company shall not start operating until the company has complied with all requirements of this chapter and chapter 706A of NRS, unless otherwise authorized by the Authority.
