The Authority hereby adopts by reference Department of Defense Directive 3005.7, "Emergency Requirements, Allocations, Priorities and Permits for Department of Defense Use of Domestic Civil Transportation." Department of Defense Directive 3005.7 is available from National Technical Information Service, 5285 Port Royal Road, Springfield, Virginia 22161, at the price of $15.
