Section 706.355 - Charges for charter service by bus and charter service by limousine

An authorized carrier who provides charter service by bus or charter service by limousine shall not charge a per capita fare for that service. Passengers must be transported under a single contract for a specified act of transporting, at a specific time and for a specific sum, as shown in the carrier's tariff.
