Section 706.321 - Public inspection of schedule of rates and fares

A copy of each schedule of rates and fares, together with the applicable regulations, must be made available by each common motor carrier for public inspection at:
1. The principal office of the carrier;
2. The terminal of each of the carrier's routes; and
3. Each station on those routes.
