Section 706.1378 - Grounds for suspension or revocation of driver's permit

The Authority may, for good cause shown and upon at least 5 days' notice to the holder of a driver's permit, and after a hearing unless waived by the holder, suspend or revoke a driver's permit if the Authority determines that:
1.The holder has been convicted of an offense that could result in a refusal to issue a driver's permit pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 706.462; or
2.Allowing the holder to continue to hold a driver's permit would be detrimental to public health, welfare or safety.
