Section 704.5687 - Amendment to action plan: Action by Commission

An amendment to the action plan shall be deemed to be approved by the Commission only as to that portion of the amendment to the plan accepted as filed or modified with the consent of the utility pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 704.661, as amended by section 2 of Senate Bill No. 87, chapter 230, Statutes of Nevada 2015, at page 1094.
